Battered by attacks (including a nuclear explosion) inside its borders, America of 2010 is locked in a struggle to survive. On the eve of being shipped out to god-knows-where to do god-knows-what, two young soldiers, one a draftee the other a gung-ho enlistee, stumble into a very private war where it's not a case of winning the battle but rather simply surviving it.
